Payment Options

1. Cash Payment — Payment in cash at the time of purchase in shekels, including VAT. Cash payment can be made in the following ways:

1. In the store directly with the seller.
2. To the courier at the time of delivery if there is an agreement with the courier company to accept cash payments from the customer.
   Note: Check in advance with the store if there is an arrangement?
   Note: Check the maximum amount that can be paid in cash.

2. Credit Card Payment — You can pay by credit card for all items sold on the store's website. Most items can be paid for in up to 12 installments without interest. Credit card transactions will only be made with Israeli credit cards. If the customer makes a payment in the store directly with the seller, the cardholder must present an ID card, driver's license, or original passport, not a photo or any other document.

3. Payment by Check — Payment can be made by a single check ("cash check") only in the physical store directly with the seller. The goods will be delivered up to 6 business days from the date of payment (provided the check has been honored by the bank). The check will be considered paid only after the final approval of the bank regarding the receipt of the funds into the company's account. A bank check is considered equivalent to a regular check in all respects, as mentioned above.

4. Bank Transfer Payment — You can pay by bank transfer to the company's account. Similar to payment by checks, the goods will be delivered after receiving confirmation of receipt of the funds from the bank. Bank account details can be obtained when placing the order at the branch.

Warranty — General

Brand desktops / laptops / mobile devices and tablets / watches and bracelets / game consoles / printers / TVs / and more... The warranty for these products will be provided by the importing company only and according to the terms set in the warranty certificate attached to the product by the importer. Additionally, products like laptops are sometimes opened in PC Master labs for memory and/or storage upgrades. These computers will still receive the regular warranty from the company itself. For any problem or question, we are always happy to help.

Details of the importer and/or the service provider on their behalf will be given to the customer on the purchase invoice, including contact details.

2. Computer hardware components / peripheral equipment / cables / regular batteries / and more... the warranty will be provided by PC Master Ltd. labs and not at the customer's site.
3. To eliminate any doubts, if the customer has any doubts about where and how to realize the warranty for the product purchased, they can always contact PC Master to check the matter or contact the manufacturer/importer company and check with them the warranty terms.
4. The warranty terms and period for products sold by the company are regulated in the warranty and service certificate of the manufacturer/importer or the store. PC Master Ltd. does not manufacture the products you (the customer) intend to purchase on the website/store and therefore does not bear any direct or indirect responsibility for the products, their quality, suitability for your needs, and/or the technical specifications you have or chose.
5. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by the fact that the products supplied by the importer directly to the customer were defective, spoiled, or faulty.
6. The purchasing customer has the right to transfer the warranty to another customer, but the company must be informed in writing before the warranty transfer.

Warranty — Cancellation

1. Malfunction caused by operation not in accordance with the operating instructions.
2. Scratch, break, and/or any damage caused by the consumer's negligence or malice or damage to the equipment due to the negligence/neglect of the product holder, short circuit or electrical network problem, faulty phone or outlet condition, lightning strikes, force majeure, accident, use of unsuitable consumables or not according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
3. Any treatment, modification, or repair done by a person not authorized by the company, or if the product details or serial number or warranty sticker have been tampered with, altered, deleted, or removed. The tampering or alteration indicates handling by a technician or any handling that is not by the company. To eliminate any doubt, PC Master Ltd. will not be responsible for parts assembled by the customer and/or on their behalf even if the computer itself was assembled in PC Master labs.
4. Damage caused by battery leakage inside the product.
5. The warranty does not cover consumable equipment such as ink cartridges, toners, disks, software, etc. However, it is possible to try to contact the manufacturer directly and receive service through them.
6. The warranty does not cover any direct or indirect damage or any third party resulting from the operation or non-operation of the product.
7. Operation of the equipment not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and/or the Electricity Company and/or Bezeq and/or non-compliance of the product with an electrical voltage other than the V220 network.
8. The product was damaged due to the accumulation of dust, neglect, lack of basic care.
9. The product was damaged due to improper assembly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Warranty — Direct or Indirect Damages

Under no circumstances shall PC Master Computers and Cellular Ltd. and/or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages and/or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the site, with the delay or inability to use it, the provision or failure to provide services, or any information, software, product, service, and related graphics obtained through the site, and/or arising in any other way from the use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other basis, even if PC Master Ltd. or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Except if the damage was caused by the business's negligence. In any case, the business will take all necessary measures to minimize possible damages. If you are not satisfied with any part of the site or any of the terms of this regulation, please write to us and we will carefully consider your claims.

Warranty — Warranty Period

1. The warranty is for a specified period according to the type of product.
2. Some products have a warranty period of more than one year. During the warranty period beyond the first year, a limited warranty will apply.
3. During the warranty period, the company is responsible to the customer for the proper operation of the product if it is used under normal and acceptable conditions.
4. During the warranty period, the company will repair and/or replace, free of charge, a product that the company deems defective and that, in its opinion, malfunctioned under normal, acceptable conditions and/or has a manufacturing defect.
5. If the company cannot repair the product, it will be replaced with an identical product or a product of similar quality and value +/- 10%.
6. The company reserves the right to credit the customer for the defective product.
7. The handling time for a defective product under warranty will not exceed 30 business days.
8. The warranty is subject to the manufacturer's limitations.

Warranty — Limited / Product Value

1. If the company cannot repair the product, it will be replaced with an identical product or a product of similar quality and value.
2. When realizing the warranty, the "product value" is an important factor for the customer to know and consider replacement options under the warranty. There are several factors based on which the product value is diagnosed and on which the consideration is made as to what the product can be replaced with.
   a. The last price listed in the company's price list.
   b. Time of use of the product by the customer, for example: the weighted value of the product in its first year is 100% of the product value, in the second year 70% of the product value, in the third year 50% of the product value.
3. The limited warranty applies only to products with a warranty period of more than one year.
4. The limited warranty applies to the period beyond the first year of the warranty period and until the end of the warranty period.
5. The company reserves the right to credit the customer for the defective product according to its weighted value.
6. The waiting time for handling the product under the limited warranty is up to 30 business days in the second year and up to 40 business days in the third year.

Privacy

1. The personal details you provided and will provide when ordering, as well as the purchase details you make, will be kept in the PC Master database. PC Master will not transfer your personal details to third parties. Although by law you are not required to provide us with your personal details, we will not be able to process your order if we do not receive them.
2. PC Master will send you emails and contact you in writing only if you have actively consented to receive such emails by marking the appropriate disclaimer with a “v”.
3. PC Master invests significant resources and takes strict measures to prevent unauthorized access to the site and to prevent potential harm to users' privacy. However, it is not possible to completely rule out any occurrence and any damage to personal details and disruptions entirely.
4. Therefore, you hereby declare that you will have no claims and/or demands and/or lawsuits against PC Master and/or its representatives due to such damages, malfunctions, and/or disruptions as mentioned.

Cancellation of Remote Sale Transaction / Consumer Transaction Cancellation

1. The value of the purchased product exceeds 50 shekels.
2. The product is not damaged, and the purchaser has not used it (connecting the products to electricity, gas, or water is considered as using them). Usually, the product return will be in its original packaging.
3. The product was returned to the store new and in its original packaging.
4. Purchases made through the website are remote sale transactions as detailed in sections 14(c)(1), 14(d), 14g1, 14e(a) and (b) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law").
5. Cancellation of a remote sale transaction will be possible according to the terms detailed in the above sections of the law, which are summarized below for convenience. To eliminate any doubt, in case of a conflict between the summary and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law will prevail.
6. The customer will be entitled to cancel a transaction made on the PC Master website if no more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product or the document detailing the transaction details, whichever is later, by contacting us by letter, phone, online query (through the website), or email: all the details for this can be found on our website.
7. In case of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 shekels, whichever is lower, will apply. The refund will be made within 14 days.
8. The cancellation of the transaction will not be possible for the following products:

a. Perishable goods
b. Computer software
c. Goods that can be copied, recorded, reproduced, or duplicated, and whose packaging has been opened or damaged.
d. A product from which the original sticker with the manufacturer's or PC Master's identification number has been removed.
e. A service provided at the request of the customer but ultimately unsuitable for various reasons.
(To eliminate any doubt, if a customer ordered a custom-built desktop computer on the PC Master website and requested the installation of an operating system and/or any other software with an installation code, and later requested to cancel the transaction, the cost of the software installed at the customer's request will be deducted from the refund amount.)

f. "Special products" — that cannot be returned are perishable items, such as ink cartridges, toners, etc.

g. Special orders — an order that includes memory upgrades/software installation or any change in the original technical specifications of the computer — will be considered a special order and cannot be canceled.

h. Computers assembled by PC Master will be considered a special order and cannot be canceled or returned.

i. In case there is a suspicion that the product you received was defective upon receipt, you must contact an authorized service center according to the type of service and warranty of the product and obtain written confirmation that the product is indeed defective. After receiving this confirmation, we will work to replace the product with a new one, provided it is in stock with the supplier, or the transaction will be completely canceled.
