1. The store and/or suppliers, as appropriate, will ensure the delivery of the purchased product or service to the address entered on the registration page, within the period specified on the product order page, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Products sold on the website/store are usually shipped within 7 business days (after transaction approval, if purchased by credit card), unless there is an inventory issue with the ordered product. In any case, the customer will be updated on any possible delay as quickly as possible.
3. A tax invoice will be sent along with the order shipment or separately by mail.
4. In case of a delivery delay beyond the commitment time as stated in this section, the company will take all measures to resolve the delay and allow the transaction to be canceled without charging a cancellation fee.
5. Delivery delays can also occur due to a change in the delivery address, initiated by the customer, after the package has already been dispatched. Any address change after the package has left the warehouse will incur an additional shipping fee for the customer.
6. If the ordered product is out of stock due to exceptional circumstances that could not have been foreseen at the time of order, we will offer the consumer an alternative product. If the proposed product does not meet the customer's satisfaction, the customer will be given the option to cancel the transaction without charging a cancellation fee.
7. The management of PC Master has the full right to decide whether the shipment will be sent via the postal authority or logistics contractors and other courier companies or by PC Master employees, at its sole discretion.
8. For delivery via regular parcel mail, the customer will receive a notification about a package waiting for them at the nearest post office (according to Israel Post regulations), and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package themselves.
9. The store and/or suppliers will not be responsible for delays in product delivery in the following cases:
a. Force majeure, including but not limited to war, hostilities, emergency situations, natural disasters, supplier strikes, or products requiring production/installation and/or transportation processes or any reasons beyond the store's control.
b. In areas with restricted access for security reasons, the store and/or supplier may deliver the products to customers at a nearby agreed-upon location in coordination with the customer.
c. Delivery times for products and/or services as indicated on the order page include only business days, Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays. The number of days is calculated from the date of order confirmation (by phone) and not from the date of the order itself. If the customer is not available by phone, the order will not be confirmed.
d. If the order is paid for by credit card, the products will be delivered to the customer only after presenting the customer's ID and the credit card used for payment. Without presenting ID and the credit card, the products will not be delivered to the customer, and the customer will be charged for repeated delivery.
There is no need to present the customer's ID when paying in cash (bills only) to the courier.
Shipping / Self-Pickup
1. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer separately as part of the product payment.
2. In the case of installment payments at the time of payment, the store and/or supplier may charge the shipping fee in the first payment.
3. The customer has the option to collect the products independently from our offices or the company's warehouses (depending on the type of product) after placing an order on the website or by phone. After placing the order, PC Master will notify the customer that the product can be collected.
