It runs on a 64-bit dual-core S10 SiP with 64GB storage, watchOS 11, and weighs 29.3 g. Sensors include ECG, a 3rd‑gen optical heart rate sensor, temperature sensors (including water and depth), an always-on altimeter, a high-g accelerometer, a wide dynamic range gyroscope, a compass, and an ambient light sensor. Supported apps: ECG, heart rate, sleep (stages), cycle tracking (with ovulation estimates), medications, meditation (including mental state), and noise monitoring.
