1. An order placed on the website/store can be canceled even after it has been charged in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Such a cancellation involves a cancellation fee of 5% of the product value or 100₪, whichever is lower. These cancellation fees will only be charged when canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or discrepancy between the product and the disclosure document.
2. A transaction can be canceled up to 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product (except for special products and special orders – see below) or the disclosure document, whichever is later. Notice of cancellation shall be given in writing via mail/email/fax. The product must be returned in its original packaging if it is not damaged and has not been used. However, if the value of the product has decreased, this does not detract from the seller's right to claim damages due to a significant deterioration in the condition of the item. When canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or discrepancy, the product will be returned at the consumer's expense. When canceling a transaction due to a defect or discrepancy, the product will be returned at the company's expense at the place where it was delivered to the customer.
3. "Special products" that cannot be returned are perishable items, such as ink cartridges, toners, etc.
4. Special orders – an order that includes memory upgrades/software installation or any change in the original technical specifications of the computer – will be considered a special order and cannot be canceled.
5. Computers assembled by PC Master will be considered a special order and cannot be canceled or returned.
6. In case there is a suspicion that the product you received was defective upon receipt, you must contact an authorized service center according to the type of service and warranty of the product and obtain written confirmation that the product is indeed defective. After receiving this confirmation, we will work to replace the product with a new one, provided it is in stock with the supplier, or the transaction will be canceled entirely.
7. You are not allowed to return or exchange items that can be recorded, copied, or duplicated (such as disks, software purchased online, etc.) if their original packaging has been opened unless it turns out they are defective.
8. In accordance with the amendment to the Consumer Protection Law, the company will provide the consumer with a copy of the cancellation notice.
